• Care instructions:
• Use a vacuum cleaner regularly to avoid any dirt accumulation.
• Vacuum on a low power or 'gentle' setting with a soft brush attachment. Do not use a rotating beater brush as this will damage the rug's delicate fibres.
• In case of stains, first clear off any excess moisture as soon as possible. Don’t rub, as this can cause the stain to set, and rubbing can fray the natural Jute fibres.
• Gently brush with a soft brush and water as immediate treatment.
• Dry immediately with a hairdryer or fan to avoid damage.
• If the stain is acidic, use soda water instead of water.
• For solids, gently scrape it off with a blunt knife or spatula.
• Occasional cleaning from a professional rug cleaning service is recommended.
